Brings nearly two decades of experience across healthcare, behavioral health, and organizational development, including talent work with a Fortune 5 company. A therapist‑trained executive and career coach, helping individuals and teams connect with how they work, lead, and grow through emotional intelligence, assessment‑informed reflection, and practical leadership strategies.

Doctoral Candidate in Organizational and Leadership Psychology with a concentration in neuroscience and human performance. Develops leaders through evidence‑based emotional intelligence coaching, resilience science, and practical leadership strategies. Brings 23 years of senior military leadership experience, including enterprise resilience work at the Pentagon, and supports individuals and organizations in strengthening wellbeing, clarity, and sustainable performance.
